Gesture control functions turn me off big time, call me lazy. I really love laying there and only using the 'button press' gesture to control devices.
Personally I'd avoid all outlets of media regarding a game I plan to play from beginning to end until after I've done so.

This will be my first FF game! I owned a Nintento, N64, Sega Genesis, PS1, PS2, PS3 but have never played a FF game, I feel new now. This game looks cool though and I just recently got into RPGs.

MS Xbox customer support only recommends use of the first party XBOX360 HDMI cable. Apparently third party HDMI cable can cause 'issues' with the console. Milk those consumers MS, milk, milk, milk till your cash crop dries up.
